Immune System Boosting Ginger Tea:
Preperation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Peel a two inch piece of ginger and slice into thin strips. As soon as the water is boiling add ginger. Lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Use a strainer to strain ginger from the liquid and drink. Put a little honey and lemon to taste if desired.
